The Apple iPad Pro 12.9 (2020) packs the most powerful chipset of its time, the A12Z Bionic. This chipset has eight CPU cores and six GPU cores. There is 6GB of RAM across all variants of the iPad Pro 12.9 (2020). Storage variants include 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB models. The iPad Pro 12.9 (2020) runs on iPadOS 13.4.

The Apple iPad Pro 12.9 comes with a 9720mAh battery and the device supports 18W fast charging. Connectivity options on the device include dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth v5.0, and USB Type-C port.
