Honor 20S

The Honor 20S features a decently sized 6.26-inch IPS LCD panel with Full HD+ resolution. The display also happens to feature a punch-hole style cut out at the top where the front-facing camera is located. Like many mid-range devices from Huawei and Honor, the Honor 20S gets TUV certification which certifies that the panel is safe for your eyes. The Honor 20S comes powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 810 chipset which is a mid-range SoC designed in-house by Huawei. This is a 64-bit chip based on the 7nm manufacturing process. The Kirin 810 chip features two Cortex A-76 big cores clocked at up to 2.27 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores that operate at up to 1.88 GHz. The handset also gets the Mali-G52 MP6 GPU for graphics.

The Honor 20S features a 32-megapixel front-facing camera that is used for selfies and video calls. At the rear, the handset features a triple camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary camera. The secondary camera uses an 8-megapixel sensor mated to an ultra-wide-angle lens. The third camera uses a 2-megapixel sensor that is designed for macro photography. The Honor 20S gets several AI-centric photography modes that analyze the ambient lighting conditions and the subject to optimize the final image.

The Honor 20S comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that is located on the right side of the device. The phone gets a decently sized 3,750mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging. The handset runs EMUI 9 atop an Android 9 Pie core with support for GPU Turbo 3.0 that claims to enhance your gaming experience. The Honor 20S is sold in two versions; a base 6GB+128GB version, and a pricier 8GB+128GB variant. The phone comes in three color options; blue, white, and black.
