Intex Aqua 3G Pro

Intex Aqua 3G Pro is an addition to the Intex Aqua line of budget smartphones. The 3G enabled dual-SIM smartphone comes with very basic features, expected from a device of this segment.

The device features a 4-inch WVGA (800 480 pixels) display which definitely cannot render stunning images of exception quality but is still capable of producing good quality images without any major readability losses even in bright sunlight. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla glass 3 technology to ensure longevity of the device. The Intex Aqua 3G Pro measures 125.2 63.3x10mm.

The smartphone has a 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum Sc7715 processor at its heart. The processor is good enough to handle most normal activities on the device but cannot however perform very well under huge load such as running the latest games like Mortal Kombat X. The processor is paired with 512MB of RAM to make sure multi-tasking is a breeze on the phone. The phone offers good storage options thanks to the 4GB of built in memory which can be further expanded up to 32GB via an external memory card.

In the imaging section, the smartphone offers a 2-megapixel rear shooter and a 0.3-megapixel front camera. Neither of the two cameras comes with any additional flash and the fixed focal length images produced are very basic. The VGA front camera does come with video capabilities and hence you can use to the device to make video calls along with taking the occasional selfie.

The phone comes preloaded with attractive games and features like Opera Mini, Housin, AskMe, Intex service and Newshunt. The smartphone sports a very premium brush metal finish and will be available in three colour options campaign, silver and black.

On the connectivity end, the device comes with 3G connectivity along with Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and GPS. The 1,400 mAh Li-ion battery sitting on the back of the phone is sufficient to keep it ticking throughout a regular day.
