Intex Aqua Lions X1 Details

Introduction
Budget smartphone and pretty much everything else manufacturer Intex announced the release of yet another device, the Intex Aqua Lions X1. Much like all the devices they release, this is a budget smartphone aimed at new and less tech-savvy users. The device is available in three colours, namely, Black, Champagne, and Blue.
Display and Camera
The Intex Aqua Lions X1 sports a 5.2-inch IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 720x1080. The primary camera is 13-megapixels with LED flash and the secondary camera is 5-megapixels, which is a significant upgrade from previous Intex devices, on which the cameras were sub-par, at best. One can go as far as saying that these are one of the best cameras ever to be featured on an Intex device.
Hardware and Software
The Intex Aqua Lions X1 is powered by a quad-core processor of unknown make(presumably Spreadtrum, judging by their earlier devices), clocked at 1,3GHz, along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB via micro SD expansion. The battery is a modest 2,800mAh Li-ion unit which should barely last about a day, with moderate use. The 2GB of RAM should be able to handle some, if not all resource-heavy applications, but the quad-core processor is where the actual bottleneck could happen. The device is expected to run Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box.
Connectivity and Additional Features
The Intex Aqua Lions X1 is a dual SIM phone with one SIM slot compatible with 4G and VoLTE and the other compatible only with 3G. Other connectivity features include 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a micro USB port for charging and data transfer. The device also features sensors such as an accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and a gyroscope. The device is definitely a step above most Intex devices and worth a buy.
