There are currently about 500 million phone users in India and while the percentage of smartphone users is about 20 percent, that figure is rapidly growing and it should cross the halfway point soon enough. This demographic started to grow in 2016-2017 and has attracted attention from a wide variety of Chinese phone manufacturers. One of them is Itel mobile, a brand that has focused on the sub-8k market in terms of pricing, and has managed to capture a share of the market for itself. The brand started out with operations in Africa, and as of today boasts of a presence in fifty countries and sales of over 15 million units every month. The brand has unveiled its latest budget phone, the Itel Vision 1. The display on the Itel Vision 1 is a 6.08-inch IPS LCD panel offering a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. The screen has a U shaped notch on it for the front camera. A Unisoc Spreadtrum SC9863 chipset takes care of the computing chores for the Itel Vision 1. You get 2GB of RAM paired with 32GB of onboard storage space. On the back of the phone, you have a modest dual camera setup with an 8MP primary shooter paired with a 0.08MP depth camera. On the front, there is a 5MP selfie snapper. The battery on the Itel Vision 1 is impressive as it carries a capacity of 4000mAh but unfortunately there is no support for fast charging of any kind. The latest Itel mobile you may look for is Itel it5092.
