LYF Earth 1

The Lyf Earth 1 is a higher mid-range device featuring a metal unibody covered in golden colour. The device measures 154x76.6x7.25mm and weigh 162.5g. The front, as well as the back of the device, is covered with glass to provide a premium look.

The device ekes out decent performance with good general usage courtesy a 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. Paired with the Snapdragon SoC is 3GB RAM that allows you to multitask with ease. For storing apps and other media files, the device has 32GB of onboard storage which via a microSD card can be expanded as per user requirement.

In terms of design, the LYF Earth 1 sports a golden rim around its edges and sports dual cameras at the back while the power and volume buttons are on the right. A 5.5-inch Full HD display of AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1920x1010 with 401ppi, is equipped on the Lyf Earth 1. The display incorporates In-cell technology for lower power consumption. The only downer in the display department is that in spite of being an expensive device it does not come with any protection layer to the display.

One of the most interesting features of the Earth 1 is that the device comes with dual cameras at the back. For shooting images and videos, there is a dual 13+2-megapixel primary camera. Helping you out in dim conditions is an LED flash. Also, on offer is a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter which is also paired with an LED flash for clicking selfies.

Backed by a Li-Ion 3,500 mAh cell, the device promises to last for an entire day easily for a moderate to heavy user. As far as connectivity is concerned there are options like 4G, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, and a microUSB 2.0 port.
