Lenovo S580

The Lenovo S580 is a mid-range smartphone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC.

The Lenovo S850 features a 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen which has HD (1280 x 720 pixels) screen resolution which produces a pixel density of 294 pixels per inch. It has a metallic chrome running on the periphery of the device, which gives it a premium look. The smartphone runs Android 4.2 KitKat operating system out-of-the-stock. The Lenovo S580 sports an 8-megapixel autofocus primary camera with LED flash. It supports additional features like touch focus, face detection and high definition recording. The device also has a 2-megapixel fixed focus front camera using which one can record quality videos and capture selfies.

The smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor. The Lenovo S580 also supports dual-SIM functionality. In terms of memory, the smartphone has 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage capacity. It also features three sensors including light, proximity and gravitation.

The device comes pre-loaded with security software SECUREit, SHAREit that offers phone-to-phone data transfer without Wi-Fi or mobile network. Other apps include SNAPit which offers a powerful camera app with multiple shooting modes and SYNCit which lets you backup and restore your data. Connectivity options include 3G, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0 port. The device also has an FM Radio. Supplying power to the smartphone is a 2150mAh Li-Po battery.
