Hardware and Software
The Micromax Bharat 4 features a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD expansion. As expected, the performance of the device is sub-par, allowing only the essential applications to function properly. Multitasking and gaming are difficult, given the limited amount of RAM and the underwhelming SoC. It is powered by a 2,500mAh battery which is just about enough to last a day, with light to moderate usage. The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, which is impressive, considering its hardware.
