Micromax Canvas Selfie 4

The Micromax Canvas Selfie 4 is the successor to the Canvas Selfie 3. The smartphone does not feature any huge improvements in terms of specs but users get an impressive front-facing camera paired with entry-level hardware at an affordable price. 

The Micromax canvas smartphone runs the Android 6.0 Lollipop operating system out of the box ditching the Lollipop platform on its predecessor. The Selfie 4 is available in gold colour and looks classy despite its plastic frame. In terms of display, the device flaunts a 5-inch HD IPS LCD screen that is combined with decent viewing angles.

The smartphone is equipped with Tapp Sense that lets you attend calls with a double-tap, click pictures with a single tap and simply long-pressing the touch area allows you to toggle between the front & rear camera. At its heart, the device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek chipset which is paired with 1GB of RAM to make way for a smooth and lag-free smartphone experience.

Equipped with a dual 8-megapixel front and back camera, the smartphone is designed for clicking images and shooting videos. One needn't worry about any lighting conditions as the smartphone sports an LED flash both at the back and front. There is 8GB of onboard storage that can further be expanded up to 32GB using the microSD card slot.

Backed by a Li-Ion 2,500 mAh cell, the smartphone promises an entire day of usage for a normal user. Unfortunately, the device does not have LTE support. For connectivity the Canvas Selfie 4 ships with regular options like twin SIM slots, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a microUSB 2.0 port.
