Micromax Spark 4G Prime Details

Introduction and Performance
Homegrown smartphone maker Micromax has extended its entry-level smartphone portfolio with the introduction of the Spark 4G Prime. As the name suggests, the device ships with VoLTE support and is among other affordable smartphones that come with VoLTE support.
Powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek chipset and 2GB of RAM, the Micromax Spark 4G Prime handles most of the task with ease.
Camera and Display
The Micromax Spark 4G Prime comes with an 8-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. The primary camera can also be used to capture images and record videos in the dark thanks to the presence of an LED flash.
On top, the device ships with a 5-inch FWVGA display which is not that great but does its job quite well. However, outdoor legibility suffers as is the case with most low-end smartphones.
Battery and Storage
The Micromax Spark 4G Prime packs a modest Li-Ion 2,500mAh battery which supports talk time up to 5 hours. For installing apps and storing other files, the device comes with 16GB of internal storage space which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 32GB.
Platform and Connectivity
Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, and a microUSB 2.0 port. The device runs the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box.
