Motorola Moto E5 Play Go

The Motorola Moto E5 Play Go is a lower-end variant of the Moto E5 Play. The entry-level smartphone sports a polycarbonate rear panel and also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device is small and compact and can easily fit in the hands. Also, the handset is splash resistant which protects the device from any unwanted splashes of water.
In terms of display, the smartphone hosts a 5.84-inch FWVGA screen which is ideal for first-time smartphone users. However, outdoor legibility under bright sunlight is a matter of concern.

The Motorola Moto E5 Play Go is armed with a quad-core MediaTek chipset and 1GB of RAM that ensures a lag-free experience. The chipset is coupled with Adreno 308 GPU which aid the graphics on the device.
For imaging, there is an 8-megapixel rear camera which has an LED flash and is bundled with features like touch focus, face detection, panorama, and HDR. On the front, the smartphone ships with a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter which too has an LED flash to aid selfies and video calls.

Android Go is an iteration of Android which is meant for entry-level smartphones. The Moto E5 Play Go is based on Android 8.0 Oreo (Go Edition).
For power, the handset is backed by a non-removable Li-Ion 2,100mAh battery which is touted to support talk time up to 5 hours.

Connectivity options on the Moto E5 Play Go include 4G with VoLTE support, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and a microUSB 2.0 port.
In terms of storage, there is 16GB of internal storage space which you can expand further using a microSD card up to 256GB.
