As mentioned earlier, a lot of the features of the Jio Phone were stripped away to create this Lite version. This means you get a basic 2.4-inch TFT Display and a simple UI. The screen offers a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and has a pixel density of 167 ppi. The JioPhone Lite can play MP4 and 3GP videos. The phone comes with a physical QWERTY keyboard. There is no fingerprint sensor.

The Reliance Jio Phone Lite runs on Kai OS and comes with a very average chipset which is sufficient to run the basic processes of this device. The phone is equipped with 512MB of RAM and you also get 4GB of storage space for your pictures and music. You can add up to 128GB of memory thanks to the microSD card slot. The phone has a 2MP shooter on the back but note that you won t win any photography contests with this camera. You can also shoot selfies with the 0.3MP front camera.

You get a 2500mAh battery on the Reliance Jio Phone Lite and since this is not a smartphone, you can expect that to last a few days easily. The phone features a 3.5mm for earphones and also plays FM radio. The phone runs on Kai OS and you get the basic features you can expect from your phone with apps like Calculator, Stopwatch, Calendar, and Alarm present in the menu.
