The smartphone sports a front-mounted fingerprint scanner which can be used to unlock the device using a finger. Users can record up to 5 fingerprints.

The Galaxy On Max ships with a non-removable Li-Ion 3,300mAh battery which promises throughout the day smartphone usage. Unfortunately, there is no support for fast charging.
