The S4 Mini runs on 1.7 GHz dual-core Krait processor. It has 1.5 GB RAM and comes with 8 GB internal storage, which is expandable up-to 64 GB using the microSD card slot present on board the device. It also has accelerometer, gyrometer, proximity and compass sensors.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini has a glorious 4.3-inch Super AMOLED capacitive display with 16M colors. The pixel density of the screen is 256 PPI with a qHD resolution of 960X540. The unit runs of the latest Android v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean), integrated with TouchWiz user interface from Samsung. It also has the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 2.
