Asus Zenfone GO 5.0 4G

Asus Zenfone Go 5.0 4G is the LTE variant of the last year's Zenfone Go. The latest offering makes its way with same hardware. Out of the stables of the Taiwan-based smartphone maker, the Zenfone 5.0 in an affordable 4G smartphone that sports a 5-inch HD (1280x720 pixels) IPS display which is coupled with decent viewing angles. The device also offers fair legibility even when placed under bright light.

The smartphone comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8916 SoC under the hood as opposed to the MediaTek processor on the Asus Zenfone Go. The device allows users to work on multiple apps simultaneously as there is 2GB of RAM. On the storage front, the device ships with 16GB of internal storage space which can further be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. In addition, the company is also offering users with 5GB of free lifetime Asus WebStorage.

The Asus Zenfone Go 5.0 4G comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera paired with an LED flash to aid in low light environments. For video calling and selfies, the smartphone has a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter.

In terms of connectivity the device makes its way with an array of connectivity options that include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a microUSB 2.0 port. It is backed up by a 2,500 mAh battery which is expected to keep the device functioning throughout the day.

the Asus ZenFone Go 5.0 4G runs Android 4.4 KitKat with the Zen UI skin atop and comes in charcoal black and pearl white colour options. The smartphone is available via online retailer Amazon and Snapdeal.
