Asus ZenPad S 8.0 3G

The Asus Zenpad S8 is a quad-core tablet that promises stunning display and impeccable performance in a body which is 6.6mm thick and has an amazing 74% screen to body ratio.

The tablet features an 8-inch IPS display having a 4:3 display having 2K (2048 1536 pixels) resolution. This gives the tablet a pixel density of 324 PPI allowing it to generate very high quality images and videos. The ZenPad S8 comes with an optional Z Stylus for natural writing and drawing experience. The stylus supports up to 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity to truly emulate natural writing.

At the heart of the device lies a quad-core 64-bit Intel Atom 3580 processor clocked at 2.3GHz. The processor comes with a PowerVR G6430 GPU. In addition, the device comes with 4GB of RAM to deliver solid performance through a myriad of usage situation. On the storage front, the device is equipped with 16GB of internal memory which can further be expanded up to 64GB via an external microSD card.

In the imaging section, the comes with a 8-megapixel rear shooter. The rear camera comes with auto-focus and PixelMaster technology. Although the device doesn t come with a flash, the PixelMaster technology ensures that the images captured remain stunning even in low light conditions. Some of the additional camera features are touch to focus, face detection, geo-tagging and HDR. On the front of the device sits a 5-megapixel shooter capable of taking pictures and also allowing you to make video calls. The rear camera can capture videos in Full HD at 30fps.

Connectivity options on the tablet come in the form of 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0 type-c, Wi-FI and GPS. The device is powered by a 15.2Wh non-removable Li-ion battery which can keep it ticking for up to 8 hours of continuous use.
