Celkon Signature Two A500

Domestic mobile brand Celkon launched the Celkon Signature Two A500 at Rs 5,999. The low-end dual-SIM device is available exclusively via Flipkart.

The new smartphone in the Signature series features a 5-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen having FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) screen resolution which produces an effective pixel density of 196 PPI. The device is available in two colour variants, namely Black and White. In the imaging department, the smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash which captures quality images and helps you record videos. The device also has a VGA front camera. But the font camera serves more like a showpiece than an imaging device.

In terms of memory, the Signature Two A500 has 1 GB RAM paired with an internal storage capacity of 8 GB. However, one can enhance the storage capacity of the device as the smartphone comes with a microSD card slot which can expand the storage capacity up to 32 GB. The device is 9.9 mm thick and weighs a hefty 147 grams. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and a Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery which keeps the device functioning throughout the day.

Connectivity options on the dual-SIM smartphone include 3G, GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0 port. In addition, the Signature Two A500 also has G-sensor and a proximity sensor.
