Coolpad Mega 5A

The Coolpad Mega 5A is an entry-level handset which is designed to deliver a decent feel of a smartphone to first-time users. One of the selling points of the smartphone is the dual rear camera setup and a fingerprint sensor.
On top, the Coolpad Mega 5A sports a 5.45-inch HD+ display which is equipped with decent viewing angles. However, outdoor legibility is a matter of concern under bright sunlight. Also, there is no Corning's Gorilla Glass protection.

Under the hood, lies a quad-core Spreadtrum chipset which is coupled with 2GB of RAM that can handle daily tasks with ease. Although the device isn't designed to aid lag-free multitasking you can expect a fairly smooth performance while operating multiple apps at the same time.
The handset is fuelled by a modest 2,500mAh battery which needs to be charged twice to get through an entire day. However, the battery should be enough in case you are a normal user.

The smartphone ships with dual 13+VGA rear shooters and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear imaging units are aided with an LED flash which you can use while in the dark. For selfies and making video calls, you can rely on the front-facing 5-megapixel sensor.
In terms of storage, the device ships with 16GB of storage space which you can also expand further up to 64GB via a microSD card. There are three slots on the smartphone; two SIM slots and a dedicated memory expansion slot.

The Coolpad Mega 5A ships with multiple connectivity options which include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a microUSB 2.0 port.
On the software front, the handset boots Android 8.1 Oreo.
