Honor is making a comeback in the market after a brief hiatus in 2020. The company is no longer part of Huawei, which allows them to launch new products outside of China with Android that supports Google Mobile Services. The latest device from its lineup is the Honor Play 5. This phone features a 6.53-inch OLED display that offers Full HD+ quality at 1080x2400 pixels resolution. The screen comes with waterdrop notch and its pixel density stands at 403 PPI. The new Honor Play device uses the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset, that gets coupled with 8GB RAM and it offers 128GB internal storage which is further expandable up to 256GB. Honor Play 5 gets a quad rear camera that comprises of 64MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2MP sensor and 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie camera that also support video calls. The phone gets a 3800mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging via USB Type C port. Other features on the phone are side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock and headphone jack for music streaming.
