The HTC ONE runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system which can be upgraded. The device is powered by a 1.7 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Krait 300 processor with Adreno 320 GPU. As far as the memory capability of the device is concerned, the phone sports a 2 GB RAM with an internal storage capacity of either 32 or 64 GB. The storage capacity of the smartphone cannot be expanded as there is no external microSD card slot.

The smartphone comes with a 4.7-inch Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) screen resolution which produces an effective pixel density of 469 PPI.
