Intex Aqua Q5

The Intex Aqua Q5 is a budget smartphone sporting a premium looking finish. The compact smartphone packs a bunch of goodies such as a 4.5-inch display and a quad-core processor.

The device comes with a 4.5-inch TFT display having an FWVGA (854x480 pixels) display. The dual-SIM device ships with Android 4.4.2 KitKat and is available in only one colour option. The Intex Aqua Q5 comes with a host of connectivity options such as 3G, EDGE/GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 port. Powering the hardware on the phone is a 1600 mAh battery capable of keeping the smartphone ticking through 160 hours of standby time or up to 5 hours of continuous talk time.

Storage on the smartphone is available as 8GB of on-board space complemented by a microSD card capable of pushing it up to 32GB. The smartphone comes with 1GB of RAM which is complemented by a Spreadtrum SC7731G quad-core processor. The processor has a clock speed of 1.3GHz and can deliver robust performance and offers pretty good user interface experience.

An additional feature advertised by the company on this device is the automatic call recorder facility available on it. Photography is enabled on the device via an 8-megapixel rear shooter along with a 2-megapixel front shooter. The primary camera also comes with an LED flash to enable low light photography. The device can shoot images and capture videos in full HD via the main camera while the secondary camera is ample for capturing quick selfies or even making video calls.
