Intex Aqua Star HD

The Intex Aqua Star HD is a dual-SIM smartphone based on Android KitKat 4.4.2. It has a 5-inch IPS OGS capacitive display with a resolution of 1280x480 pixels and a sharpness of around 293 pixels per inch. Although this is a budget handset, Intex has not compromised on its look and feel. Not quite unlike the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, the back panel of the Aqua Star Powe comes with a faux leather finish and stitches around the edge.

The device is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor clocked at 1.3GHz in combination with a 1GB RAM and 8GB on board storage. It can be further expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card present on board. The dearth of memory should not be an issue for the Aqua Star HD users as the handset also comes with an OTG port which can be used to attach pen drive directly into the device.

In terms of imaging, Intex Aqua Star Power boasts of a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash. There is also a 5-megapixel secondary camera dedicated to facilitate video-calling and clicking self-portraits. Even the rear camera can be used to click selfies as it can be controlled using volume buttons. Apart from that, even the volume buttons present on headphone and Bluetooth can be used to capture images.

The smartphone supports data transfer though HSPA+, dual-SIM, Bluetooth, GPS, OTG, microUSB and Wi-Fi. It houses an 1800mAh battery to keep the device running for a full day on moderate use.
