The Intex Aqua Trend Lite comes with a sleek and beautiful metallic body in a champagne colour variant. The device also has two visible antennas on the back that seamlessly blend into the smartphone s design. The height and the width of the device are 146.6mm and 73mm, while the thickness and weight are 11.5mm and 160 grammes.

The Intex Aqua Trend Lite has a 5-inch FWVGA (854x480) display in a TN panel. The device supports multitouch only up to two fingers, instead of an industry standard of five. The display is neither protected with a tougher glass like Gorilla Glass or DragonTrail Glass, nor it comes with a pre-installed screen protector. The Intex Aqua Trend Lite houses a 5-megapixel Samsung-sourced primary camera with autofocus and dual-LED flash, while the front-facing camera is a 2-megapixel unit with an LED flash too. The videos are recorded at a maximum resolution of 720p and 480p from the primary and the secondary camera.

The Intex Aqua Trend Lite has an inbuilt storage of 8GB, but only 3.59GB available to users as the rest of the storage is eaten up by system files and applications. Nonetheless, it comes with a microSD card slot for expandable storage. The Intex Aqua Trend Lite is equipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The software contains pre-installed value added applications like mifon Security, LFTY, Tap N Buy, and Vistoso.

The Intex Aqua Trend carries a 2,600 mAh Li-Ion battery capable of providing 8 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time. For connectivity, the Intex Aqua Trend Lite has microUSB v2.0 port, a 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi b/g/n, and dual-SIM 4G LTE along with VoLTE.
