The iQOO Neo 7 is build using premium materials. The handset offers a bezel-less display upfront and offers a punch-hole cutout located at the centre of the screen. The back panel offers a large camera module located at the top-left corner of the panel. The phone measures 164.8 x 76.9 x 8.5mm and weighs 193 grams. The model is available in Interstellar Black and Frost Blue colour options. In terms of display, the iQOO Neo 7 packs a large 6.78-inch display that offers 20:9 aspect ratio. It comes with AMOLED display panel and provides 1,300nits of peak brightness. It also features 87.57 per cent screen-to-body ratio and 388 pixels per inch (ppi) pixel density. In terms of security, the model provides an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock feature. 

Coming to the performance, the iQOO Neo 7 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. The 4nm chipset features 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The latest chipset features Single core of Cortex A78, three cores of Cortex A78, and four cores of Cortex A55. In terms of optics, the model is loaded with a triple-camera setup on the rear panel. The device packs a 64MP primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture, a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the device is loaded with a 16MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The iQOO Neo 7 5G runs on Android 13 operating system and comes with FunTouchOS. 

Coming to the battery department, the model is loaded with a 5,000mAh battery. The phone features a 120W fast charging support that can charge the device up to 50 per cent in just 10 minutes. In terms of connectivity, you get 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, infrared sensor, and a USB Type-C port.
