Lava A97 Plus

The Lava A97 Plus is the successor to the Lava A97. The device comes with improved specifications and is an improved variant of its predecessor. The device is aimed towards first-time smartphone users and sports a polycarbonate rear panel which is topped with curved edges which make it easy to hold and carry around. The Lava A97 Plus boasts a 5-inch FWVGA TFT screen which looks bright indoors, but the display tends to fade away once you stroll out in the sun.

The Lava A97 Plus comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera which along with an LED flash is designed to shoot images and record videos even in the dark. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera to aid selfies and video calls.
The Lava A97 Plus is backed by a Li-Ion 2,350mAh battery which supports talk time up to 6 hours.

At its heart, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core chipset which is paired with 2GB of RAM. One can expect smooth performance on the device except while working on two or more apps at the same time.
For connectivity, users have options like 4G, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a microUSB 2.0 port.

The Lava A97 Plus ships with an internal storage space of 16GB which with the help of a microSD card can be expanded up to 32GB and in terms of software, the handset runs Android 7.0 Nougat.
