Lava Iris X9

The Lava Iris X9 has sophisticated and bold looks, thanks to the metallic body and symmetrical design. The device can be bought in the white colour variant in which the front and back of the device are covered in white colour, while the sides of the device are covered in aluminium/metallic paint. The Lava Iris X9 measures 152 x 76 x 9mm and weighs 145 grams.

The Lava Iris X9 has a 5.5-inch display with capacitive touchscreen technology supporting multitouch. The HD resolution gives the display a pixel density of 267 PPI. The Lava Iris X9 houses a quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM which enables carrying out multiple tasks or using multiple applications at once. The applications and files can be stored on the 16GB of internal storage. Also present is a microSD card slot for users with higher storage requirements. Essential sensors like accelerometer proximity sensor and light sensor are also bundled with the Lava Iris X9. The Lava Iris X9 uses Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. The Lollipop OS has a refreshed UI design when compared to the older Android 4.4 KitKat OS.

The Lava Iris X9 is fuelled by a 2,500 mAh battery. The battery can provide the user with 8 hours of talk time or 250 hours of standby time. The Lava Iris X9 has Wi-Fi for internet connectivity, Bluetooth for audio streaming and file transfer, and two SIM card slots for cellular connectivity.
