LeEco Le Max 2

LeEco Le Max 2 looks identical to the Le Max and the Le 2 especially with their squircle fingerprint reader at the back and the metallic structure. The device is the first to come with USB Type-C digital headphones instead of the conventional 3.5 mm headphone jack. The Le Max 2 is the most premium offering when it comes down to hardware.

It boasts a huge 5.7-inch QHD screen that reflects vibrant colours and is paired with excellent viewing angles. The smartphone does not have any legibility issues and one can easily read the screen even when placed under direct sunlight.

At its heart to deliver seamless performance, the Le Max 2 is powered by a 2.15GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset which is coupled by 4GB of RAM that allows you work on multiple apps simultaneously without worrying about any performance issues. On the storage front, to make sure that you never run out of storage space the device ships with 32GB of internal storage space. However, there isn't any option for further upgrade as there is no expansion slot.

The Le Max 2 is integrated with a more advanced fingerprint sensor which the company claims is more fast and accurate. The device sips its juice from a 3,100mAh battery which can keep the smartphone functioning for an entire day. For heavy users, there is Quick Charge 3.0 support. Connectivity options that tag along with the Le Max 2 include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C reversible port.

In terms of imaging, the Le Max 2 ships with the same pair of cameras as the Le 2 Pro but with an added feature of optical image stabilisation. The Le Max 2 comes with a 21-megapixel rear camera for shooting videos and capturing images. With the help of an LED flash which is present at the back, one can capture images in dark conditions as well. On the front, to aid selfies and video calls, the Le Max 2 sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
