Lenovo A526 is a smartphone running Android Jelly Bean v4.2.2. It comes with a 4.5-inch LCD display with FWVGA (480x854 pixels) resolution and 218 ppi density. The design is really simple on the device, and like the Lenovo A680, it's also slightly heavy thanks to the 145 grams of weight.

Lenovo A526 has a 1.3 GHz Mediatek MT6582M quad-core chipset that enables better multitasking and a smooth Android experience in terms of gaming, video watching, and other tasks. In terms of memory, the device has 1GB of RAM and 4GB on-board storage, with a microSD slot included as well for more storage. Of course, content can also be stored online, via the use of cloud services like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and more.

The device features a 5-megapixel rear camera with a geo-tagging function that lets you know when and where you took a particular image. The Lenovo A526 has a secondary camera for video calling and shooting selfies. Lenovo A526 runs Android v4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box. The phone comes pre-loaded with various apps from Lenovo, which enable advanced sharing ans security without ruining the experience provided by the core OS.

The Lenovo A526 is a nice smartphone for its price but has been superseded by much better options. It's got nothing important missing on the list of hardware, but the older version of Android give it low value.
