The Lenovo A6600 is a budget Android-based smartphone that carries out the basic smartphone tasks pretty well. The device sports a plastic back panel which is moulded with rounded edges so that it is easy to hold and carry around. On top, the smartphone flaunts a 5-inch HD display which looks good and bright indoors and simultaneously offers decent legibility under bright sunlight. Unfortunately, the screen does not come with Corning's Gorilla Glass protection.

The Lenovo A6600 sports a basic 2-megapixel front-facing camera for capturing selfies and making video calls via apps like Skype, Messenger, etc. Although the quality isn't great but one can't ask for anything more considering the price tag it comes with. At the back, there is an 8-megapixel primary shooter that can be used for imaging and shooting videos. One can also click images in low-light thanks to the presence of an LED-flash.  Under the hood, the device packs a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek processor which is paired with 1GB of RAM that ensures smooth and lag-free smartphone experience. 

The Lenovo A6600 runs the Android 6.0 marshmallow operating system out of the box and comes with an onboard storage capacity of 16GB which as per user requirement can further be expanded using a microSD card up to 32GB.

The smartphone is backed by a Li-Ion 2,300 mAh battery that keeps the device functioning for an entire day for a normal smartphone user. In terms of connectivity, there are options like Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and a microUSB 2.0 port.
