LG K7i

Making its headway into the entry-level smartphone segment, the LG K7i is aimed at initial smartphone users. The USP of the device might attract eyeballs as the company claims that it is the first smartphone that features a 'Mosquito Away' technology. The device comes with an additional rear cover which features a speaker that produces ultrasonic frequencies that drives mosquitoes away. LG claims that no harmful chemicals were used in developing the technology and the smartphone can be placed on a stand when the mosquito repellent is activated. The handset is 8.1mm thick and weighs 138 grams. 
The LG K7i boasts a 5-inch FWVGA display which does its job well indoors, but the screen becomes hard to read as outdoor legibility is below par. 

For installing apps and storing personal files, the LG K7i ships with an internal storage space of 16GB which can be expanded further based on your requirements using a microSD card. 
For power, the smartphone sips its juice from a non-removable Li-Ion 2,500mAh battery. 

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek processor which is paired with 2GB of RAM which ensures that the smartphone handles everything with ease. However, one can expect minor lags while multitasking. 
For image lovers, there is an 8-megapixel rear shooter which comes with an LED flash to aid low-light photography. On the front, to assist selfies and video calling, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter too.  

The LG K7i runs the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box and is bundled with all the regular connectivity options that include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, and a microUSB 2.0 port.
