Although it can display quality content, it can only do so under artificial light. Visibility will take a hit under direct sunlight. In terms of dimensions, the phone measures 8.9 mm thick and weighs 146 grams. The phone is available in blue, black and brown colors.

The phone runs 5.1.1 Lollipop on a 1.1GHz four-core processor with a 1GB RAM. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 chipset also holds an Adreno 304 GPU. These are basic specs that will enable the phone to perform non-intensive tasks. Storage on the phone is limited to 8GB that is expandable to 128GB with an SD card that can be fitted into a dedicated slot.

The phone has two cameras. The rear camera is 8-megapixels that comes with a basic CMOS sensor that while consuming less power, might not help capture the best images. The rear camera also has LED flash for low light conditions and can record videos in HD. The front camera is 2-megapixels that promises to take the most basic selfies. The phone is powered by a 4,000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery that will last 630 hours on standby, and lasts 10 to 42 hours of video playback.

The dual micro-SIM phone supports 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and microUSB 2.0. Sensors on the Wind 4 include an accelerometer, proximity sensor and light sensor.
