Meizu C9

The Meizu C9 is an entry-level smartphone that offers specifications on-par with its price tag. The display is an HD+ LCD that measures a 5.45-inches. You will not find a fingerprint sensor here. Instead, Meizu is offering a facial recognition via the front camera. This camera is an 8MP sensor, whereas the rear shooter is a 13MP lens with an f/2.2 aperture.

Powering the Meizu C9 is a Unisoc SC9832E chipset which offers a quad-core 1.3GHz CPU paired with a Mali-820MP1 GPU. Since this is an entry-level phone, you only get 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. You can, however, expand the storage up to 128GB with the use of a microSD card. This card slot is dedicated, meaning you can use two SIM cards and a microSD card at the same time. As for the software, the phone runs Android 8.0 Oreo by default. Meizu’s custom Flyme UI runs on top of the OS.

Fuelling the smartphone is a 3000mAh lithium-polymer battery. The company claims this battery will be enough to survive more than a day on a full charge. Charging is handled over the included microUSB port As for connectivity, we already mentioned before that the phone support dual-SIM configurations. Other options include 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack included on this handset.
