Micromax A30 Smarty 3.0 is an affordable smartphone. The phone runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread Operating System. The phone houses a 832 MHz Processor from Broadcomm with a 256 MB RAM. The phone features a 3.0-inch capacitive touch screen with 240 x 320 pixels resolution.

The phone sports a 2 MP camera with LED Flash. The camera comes with additional features such as Geo-tagging. The phone provides adequate multimedia support in listening to music through format support on mp3, AAC, AAC+, AMR and MIDI music as well as for 3GP video.

Micromax A30 Smarty 3.0 supports quad band 2G and 3G networks. The phone can be used to browse the internet via GPRS, EDGE, 3G as well as WiFi networks. The phone also has additional connectivity options to share data such as Bluetooth 3.0 and micro USB 2.0.
