Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G Plus

The Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G+ is an entry-level smartphone that runs Android Lollipop v5.1 and supports 4G LTE networks as the name suggest. It is a compact device with a screen size smaller than that which is currently trending on mobile phones. Nevertheless, it gives the phone unique advantages.

The Canvas Blaze 4G+ comes with a 4.5-inch IPS LCD FWVGA capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 854p and a pixel density of 218 ppi, sufficient for reading text and watching videos with clarity. The smaller screen allows the phone to be used with one hand with ease and to be stowed away without difficulty say, in your pocket. The canvas phone measures 119 grams and is 8.2 mm thick in its light and durable plastic exterior. The power button and volume buttons are on the right, 3.5mm audio jack on the top and the microUSB v2.0 charging and data transfer port at the bottom edge of this smartphone.

The phone comes with Android v5.1 Lollipop OS that delivers quality user experience in partnership with the phone's MediaTek MT6735M SoC with a 1GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU. The SoC also features a Mali-T720 MP2 GPU that handles the phone's graphics for 2D and 3D games and videos while consuming less power. The phone also has a 1GB LPDDR3 RAM, which works with the four core processors to deliver good mobile performance and speed. The Blaze 4G+ comes with an ordinary 8-megapixel primary camera with LED flash, DIS, autofocus face detection, touch focus, geotagging, panorama and HDR, and a 2-megapixel secondary camera with no additional features. The phone's Li-ion battery capacity is 1,750mAh that lasts 6-7 hours on a 3G network with moderate use. The battery has the advantage of being removable hence, replaceable.

Connectivity features include dual micro-SIM support, a microUSB v2.0 port for data transfer, Bluetooth v4.0, WiFi b/g/n, GPS, and A-GPS. Sensors include a proximity sensor, light sensor, and an accelerometer.
