Micromax Canvas Juice 3

India-based smartphone manufacturer Micromax has come up with a new variant of the Micromax Canvas Juice. The latest offering named Canvas Juice 3 is the successor to the Juice 2 and is backed by a huge 4,000 mAh battery.

The imaging sector has not undergone any changes as the smartphone comes with the same 8-megapixel primary shooter to record videos and capture images. To lend a helping hand in low light conditions is an LED flash. For selfies and video calling via Messenger and Skype, the Canvas Juice 3 sports a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Under the hood, to ensure flawless performance the device is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor and 2GB RAM. Users can afford to work on multiple apps at the same time without worrying about any lag issues courtesy 2GB RAM. For storing apps, one can use 8GB of internal storage capacity while personal data, songs, images, etc can be stored with the help of a microSD card that can expand the storage up to 32GB.

Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 port. In addition, there are sensors such as an accelerometer, magnetometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. Fuelled by a giant Li-Ion 4,000 mAh cell, users cannot run out of power sooner.

On its face, the Micromax Canvas Juice 3 boasts a 5-inch HD display with decent viewing angles that offers no such legibility issues. Also on offer is a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 to protect your device against scratches. The smartphone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and has dual-SIM support.
