Micromax Canvas Pace 4G

Micromax Canvas Pace 4G is an affordable 4G enabled handset out of the stables of the Indian manufacturer. The smartphone has twin SIM slots that have support for 4G and 3G connectivity along with other standard connectivity options including GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 port for transferring files to and fro from your PC.

The Canvas Pace 4G flaunts a 5-inch FWVGA display that looks decent indoors but suffers from visibility issues once out in the sun. Under the hood, it comes with a 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset coupled with 1GB of RAM to ensure smooth sailing. However, the device is not entirely lag-free and stutters at some instances. For storage, the Canvas Pace 4G comes with 8GB of expandable storage. Users can use a microSD card to boost the storage up to 32GB.

In terms of imaging, the smartphone ships with a 5-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash to help in dark conditions. The rear camera can be used to click images and record videos. On the front, the device has a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies.

The Micromax Canvas Pace 4G is backed up by a 2,500 mAh cell which the company claims can support talk time up to 9 hours. On the software front, the smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. Keeping in mind, the price tag and hardware the device is expected to compete with the likes of Yu Yuphoria, Xiaomi Redmi 2, etc.
