Micromax Canvas Spark 3

Micromax has rolled out the Canvas Spark 3 with standard core specs such as a quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM, 8MP camera and a standard battery and storage space for the category. 

Micromax has rolled out the Canvas Spark 3 with a 5.5-inch HD (1280x720 pixels) IPS LCD display, with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top for protection against damage or scratches. At 8.5mm thick, the Micromax Canvas Spark 3 Q385 weighs in at 134 grams, which is fairly light to carry around hence giving an airy feel to it.

This smartphone runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box. Under the hood, the device wraps a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, clubbed with 1GB of RAM. The RAM helps you with efficient multitasking while the graphics within the device is taken care of by the Mali 400MP2 GPU. The Canvas Spark 3 houses 8 GB of internal storage, where at least 4.5GB of it is reserved for apps and mass storage. This can, however, be expanded by an additional 32GB via a microSD card slot.

In the photography department, the Micromax Canvas Spark 3 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus feature and an LED flash. Unfortunately, the Image Stabilizer feature is absent. You can also record videos of HD quality (1280 x 720 pixels). The device also comes with a 5-megapixel selfie-snapper that can be used for making video calls as well. The Canvas Spark 3 is fueled by a 2,500mAh Li-Ion non-replaceable battery. The device is currently available in Black and White colour options for you to choose from.

The dual-SIM phone offers connectivity options such as WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, FM Radio, GPS, and comes with 3G network compatibility. The 2.0 micro-USB port provides for external media connectivity. Notably, audio segment is where the device makes its mark. The Canvas Spark 3 touts a 1.5CC Box 2509 speaker set at the back that gives you a powerful audio experience. A 3.5mm headset jack at the top lets you connect your earphones as well.
