Not a lot of people may be aware of Motorola’s history as a company and its involvement in the evolution of cellphone technology. In fact, the world's first commercial cellular phone was made by Motorola in 1983. The company was also involved in making microprocessors that were part of machines from Apple and HP back in the 80s. The company had always been at the forefront of technological revolution when it came to the world of communications with many, many first. But all that was before the late 2000s when the company was split into two and most of the phone business was sold to Google, which then sold it to Chinese electronics giant Lenovo. All said and done, the Motorola phones we see today are under Lenovo’s ownership. But Lenovo has managed to bring the brand to life in the last couple of years with some significant launches happening. The newest device from Motorola is the Motorola One Vision Plus, featuring a 6.3-inch IPS LCD screen that offers an HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels and has a 21:9 aspect ratio. This Android One smartphone is powered by an Exynos 9609 chipset and comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage space. You get a competent rear camera in the form of a 48MP + 5MP dual sensor setup on the back and a 25MP front facing selfie snapper. One disappointing fact about the One Vision Plus is that its battery only has a capacity of 3500mAh. Some of the popular Motorola mobile phones include the Motorola Razr 2019, Motorola Edge, and the Motorola Fusion Plus.
