Motorola P40 Note

The Motorola P40 Note is the first device in the P-series from the brand to feature a punch-hole display. The punch-hole display was earlier found in only high-end smartphones, but thanks to Motorola, we now have the punch-hole screen in an affordable smartphone. The display itself is a 6.2-inch IPS LCD with Full HD+ resolution. The display gets Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The Motorola P40 Note has a triple-camera setup at the back, which has a 12MP + 8MP + 5MP configuration. The 12MP camera is the main shooter with the conventional FoV, the 8MP camera is an ultra-wide unit, whereas, the 5MP camera is a depth-sensor. The rear camera setup can record Full HD videos at 60 frames per second, as well as, 4K videos. Taking care of the selfies is a 12MP camera sensor that sits in the punch-hole display.

The Motorola P40 Note features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 chipset, eight Kryo 360 cores, and Adreno 616 GPU. The smartphone comes in two variants, but this particular variant has 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. The other variant has 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. There is also a dedicated microSD card slot. The P40 Note runs on Android 9 Pie operating system, and it is an Android One device. Other features include a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlocking.

The Motorola P40 Note has a massive, 5000mAh battery, just like its predecessor, the Motorola P30 Note. While the P30 Note had 15W Turbo Charging, the P40 Note comes with an even faster, and more efficient, 18W Quick Charge 4+ fast charging.

Connectivity options on the Motorola P40 Note include dual-SIM, dual-4G, dual-VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
