Oppo F5 Youth

Oppo announced the release of three Oppo F5 devices, one of them being the Oppo F5 Youth, which is a scaled-down version of the more powerful Oppo F5. The Oppo F5 Youth, much like its predecessors, is set to be focussed on selfie enthusiasts with its powerful secondary camera. The device is available in Gold and Rose gold colours. 

The Oppo F5 Youth is all abroad the 18:9 aspect ratio bandwagon with its 6-inch IPS LCD panel that has a resolution of 1080x2160(402ppi pixel density). The primary camera is 13-megapixels and comes with standard camera features such phase detection autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, touch to focus, face detection, HDR and panorama. The secondary camera is 16-megapixel with LED flash and can record full HD videos at 30fps. As expected, the performance of the secondary cameras are stellar, capable of delivering high quality, blur-free images consistently. 

The Oppo F5 Youth is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.8GHz along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD expansion. It is unclear which exact SoC will be featured in the Oppo F5 Youth at this moment, but we should know more about it soon. It also features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and is powered by a non-removable 3,200mAh Li-ion battery. It is expected to run Android Nougat 7.0, customised with Colour UI 3.0 on top. 

The Oppo F5 Youth is a dual SIM phone compatible with 4G and VoLTE. Other connectivity features include 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS and a micro USB port for charging and data transfer.
