Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro

The Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro is a dual-SIM smartphone that sports a 6-inch screen. The handset has a Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels with a pixel density of nearly 367 PPI. The device is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 4 on the front and rear to keep it scratch-free.  

The smartphone exhibits a 16-megapixel autofocus camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and an aperture of f/1.9 that ensure sharper and vibrant images. The LED flash enhances low light photography. The rear camera also facilitates features like HDR, panorama, touch focus, face detection, and geo tagging. There is also an 8-megapixel front snapper with a Full HD resolution. Videos in the camera can be recorded at a resolution of 1080p at 30fps. The phone is available in four colour variants: Pearl White, Midnight Black, Champagne Gold, and Pink.  

The Galaxy A9 Pro runs Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) out-of-the-box. The handset is powered by the Qualcomm MSM8976 Snapdragon 652 chipset and an octa-core processor consisting of a quad-core Cortex-A72 clocked at 1.8 GHz and a quad-core Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.2 GHz. The graphics are taken care by the Adreno 520 GPU. The phone has 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage to store media and apps. If not sufficient, the storage is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card, with a total of 160 GB of storage.  

The handset packs in a non-removable Li-Ion 5,000 battery. The battery supports fast charging, that is, it can charge up to 60 percent in just 30 minutes. This enables 75 percent faster charging than conventional charging time. The phone also showcases a fingerprint scanner that can activate the phone without entering the pass code. Connectivity options of this phone include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS/ BDS, NFC, FM radio with RDS; recording, microUSB v2.0, and 4G LTE.
