The Samsung Galaxy F63 5G flaunts a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full HD+ 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The smartphone on the front side has a water-drop-shaped notch that accommodates the selfie camera. The handset's display has a 20:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 385 PPI. Powering the Galaxy F63 5G under the hood there is an octa-core Exynos 9825 processor which is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device also has microSD card support, which allows extra storage expansion up to 512GB. As for the software, the F63 boots Android 11-based One UI 3.1 out of the box. The device on the backside features a quad-camera setup. The camera module includes a 64MP main camera, 13MP wide-angle lens, 8MP depth sensor, and a 5MP camera. The main 64MP sensor has an OIS support, PDAF, and an f/1.8 aperture. The front of the device includes a 32MP selfie camera that has an f/2.0 aperture. Connectivity-wise the device offers features such as dual-SIM card support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
