Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017)

Another low-end offering from the South-Korean smartphone vendor is the Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017). The device is small, compact and can easily fit in the palm or in the pocket. The entry-level device is ideal to carry out regular tasks like voice calling, messaging or browsing the web. 
The Samsung Galaxy J2 (2017) features a 4.7-inch qHD IPS display that has decent colour reproduction. However, reading the screen under bright can be cumbersome.

Under the hood, the Galaxy J2 (2017) is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos chipset which is paired with 1GB of RAM that ensures a smooth performance. 
For imaging, the smartphone hosts a 5-megapixel rear and a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter. You can also shoot in the dark using the rear camera as there is an LED flash to help you out.

The smartphone is fuelled by a non-removable Li-Ion 2,000mAh cell which supports talk time up to 5 hours. To store files and apps, the device ships with an internal storage space of 8GB which can be expanded further using a microSD card up to 128GB.

Connectivity options on the Galaxy J2 (2017) include 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, and a microUSB 2.0 port. The smartphone runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
