Sony Xperia E1

The Sony Xperia E1 is a single SIM variant of the Sony Xperia E1 Dual, an Android smartphone from Sony. Below are the detailed features and specifications of the device as per official announcement by Sony.

The Sony Xperia E1 is an Android based entry level device from Sony. It is powered with a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8210 processor and has 512 MB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device has 4 GB of internal storage which could be further expanded up to 32 GB using microSD card.

The device has a 4" TFT anti-scratch display with capacitive touch screen. The screen of the device has WVGA (480x800 pixels) resolution which gives an effective pixel density of about 223 PPI. In terms of design, the Sony Xperia E1 inherits the look and feel from other Xperia based device. It is 12 MM thick and weighs 120 Grams.

The smartphone has 3.15 MP primary auto-focus camera on the rear with common camera features which includes, panorama, HDR, geo-tagging, face detection, etc. The primary camera is also capable of recording WVGA resolution videos @ 30 FPS. In terms of multimedia capabilities, the device supports playback of common multimedia formats including MP3, MP4, AVI, WAV, AAC, etc and has an FM radio as well.

The Sony Xperia E1 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system and comes with additional UI customizations from Sony.
