The Vivo U1 features a 6.2-inch HD LCD screen with 720x1520 pixels resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. It has a waterdrop notch on top of the screen housing the selfie camera. Design-wise, the Vivo U1 is a sleek phone with minimal bezels and small chin at the bottom. An octa-core Snapdragon 439 processor powers the Vivo U1 paired with up to 4GB of RAM that work hand-in-hand to offer seamless performance. There is 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

The Vivo U1 boasts 13MP+2MP dual camera setup on the rear. The primary sensor in the setup has an f/2.0 aperture while the secondary sensor settles for an f/2.2 aperture.
