The Vivo Z1i is the first phone of its series marking the start of the Z series manufactured by the Chinese smartphone company. The Vivo Z1i comes with a touchscreen display and houses sensors such as the notification light, proximity sensor, and the earpiece, all present within the notch. At the back, the smartphone also has a fingerprint sensor. The 6.26-inch IPS LCD screen along with a 2280 1080 (Full HD+) resolution ensures that the users enjoy an unparalleled visual experience. The aspect ratio of the phone is 19:9, so the Vivo Z1i gets a taller display.

Amongst all the high-end phone featuring dual rear cameras, Vivo Z1i follows the same trend and comes with dual 13+2-megapixel rear cameras and a 24-megapixel front shooter to take selfies. This Vivo phone will provide the user with various shooting modes to improve the smartphone photography experience. The Vivo Z1i is supported by a non-removable and large 3,260mAh battery which offers excellent backup time to users. However, there is no Quick Charging support enabled by the phone and also no wireless charging but the phone can easily run all day long provided it is used reasonably.

The Vivo Z1i delivers a lag-less performance as it is packed with an octa-core Snapdragon 636 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. This hardware specifications combo allow the average user switch between the apps rapidly and enable them to enjoy multitasking easily. The smartphone ships with an internal storage space of 128GB that is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card slot.

On the software front, the Vivo Z1i runs Android 8.1 Oreo and has all the basic connectivity options like 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB OTG.
