The selfie camera, in particular, even features AI Face Unlock. Xiaomi has also upgraded the chipset to a Snapdragon 675 on this phone in order to better make use of the large camera. This chipset also boosts gaming performance. Storage on the Mi Max 4 Pro is comprised of a 6GB RAM + 64GB storage setup. The phone also supports the use of microSD cards for storage expansion.
