Xiaomi Redmi 6A

The Xiaomi Redmi 6A is a cut-down variant of the Redmi Note 6. Considering how low this phone is priced, Xiaomi decided not to include a fingerprint sensor on the Redmi 6A. The device features a polished rear panel which is topped with rounded edges. The smartphone is the successor to the Xiaomi Redmi 5A and is available in multiple colour options. A MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM is found under the hood of this device.

The Xiaomi Redmi 6A flaunts a 5.45-inch HD+ display. This screen does not come with Corning's Gorilla Glass protection, unfortunately. The smartphone is fuelled by a non-removable Li-Ion 3,000mAh battery which might be similar to the one found on the Redmi 5A, but it does perform significantly better. The downside to this battery is that it will take a considerable time to charge as there is no fast charging support here.

The Xiaomi Redmi 6A comes with a 13-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. For storage, the smartphone is bundled with a built-in  16GB of storage space which can be expanded further using a microSD card up to 256GB. Also, there is a dedicated slot to fit in the memory card. 

Xiaomi Redmi 6A runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 9 operating system out of the box. Connectivity options on the Xiaomi Redmi 6A include VoLTE support, 4G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, microUSB 2.0 port, and support for two SIM cards.
