Intex Aqua Speed HD 8GB

The Intex Aqua Speed is an entry-level smartphone priced under Rs. 10,000 with basic specs.

The phone features a IPS LCD display with HD resolution and 312 PPI pixel density that shows adequately clear content on its 4.7-inch display. The display is protected by Asahi Dragontrail glass that provides the phone with scratch resistance. The phone measures a sleek 8.25mm thick while weighing a light 120 grams. The phone is available in white, silver and sea blue colors.

The Intex Aqua Speed runs 4.4 KitKat on a MediaTek MT6582 chipset with an 1.3 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU with 1GB of RAM that will run basic tasks without too much delay. Storage space on the phone is 8GB for default apps that can be increased to 32GB with an SD card for personal data.

The phone features an 8-megapixel primary camera that can record videos in Full HD while being able to take acceptably clear images. The front camera is 5-megapixels that should function the same. The camera app features panorama mode, smile detection, zero shutter delay and auto face detection. A 1,700mAh Li-ion battery powers the phone and will last upto 10 hours with normal use.

The phone supports dual micro-SIM cards, 3G data connections, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 for charging and data transfer. The phone can be woken up by double tapping the screen. Preloaded apps on the phone include Opera browser, Truecaller, One Drive, Askme, OLX, and Intex suite of apps.
