The Nokia 6.1 Plus 6GB RAM variant was launched a few weeks after the launch of the Nokia 6.1 Plus. It is exactly similar to the Nokia 6.1 Plus, but comes with a higher amount of RAM capacity (6GB RAM instead of 4GB RAM). The storage space remains the same, at 64GB. The phone uses a 5.8-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ screen resolution and a conventional-shaped notch. The phone runs Android 9 Pie with stock Android UI smoothly, thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. It has a 16MP+5MP dual-camera on the rear and a 16MP selfie camera at the front. The Nokia 6.1 Plus 6GB RAM variant features GPS, dual-SIM card slot (dual-4G LTE and dual-VoLTE), Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.0, FM Radio, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone is powered by a 3060mAh battery.

The Nokia 6.1 Plus has a metal body and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 covering at the front. The 16MP selfie camera has a fixed focal length. f/2.0 aperture and 1/3.1-inch sensor.
